Conditions of Availability of stock, Shipping, Refunds and returns, Custom and import taxes.

Availability of stock

All my items are handmade and most are unique and one off items. I occasionally repeat designs and usually change one aspect to ensure the item remains individual. No two items are identical.

If an item appearing for sale on the website has sold or is unavailable, it will be removed from the website or posted as sold as soon as practicable to avoid multiple orders.  If for some reason multiple orders are placed on an item appearing, the displayed item will be won by the first qualifying customer. However as stated in the first paragraph a close repeat of an item is possible with notification of this fact to the buyer.

Shipping

My listed items quote shipping costs within Australia and I have also set standard shipping charges for international postage. The costs quoted are indicative and may be less or more than stated dependent upon item weight and package size. My policy is to apply the quoted charge unless special arrangements are made.

If you have any questions about shipping, please contact me. I can adapt the shipping rates for special delivery or tracked items and insurances on request.

Items not registered and lost in the mail cannot be replaced.

For items in stock, I will generally attempt to ship within 24 hours of clearance of payment.

Special orders or commissions will be shipped by mutual arrangement.

We use recycled packaging whenever possible.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns, exchanges and refunds are accepted (as per “Conditions of Return” below) as long as you are fine with paying the return shipping cost. We aim to make you happy. If you’re not, please let us know so we can fix it. Excluding special orders or commissioned items, we accept returns that are in the return postal system within 10 days of your receipt. We will repair, replace or refund, excluding shipping expenses, once your return package arrives, in the original packaging and unused. Please email with advance notice and include date purchased and order details.

Conditions of Return

Returns are possible if an items arrives damaged or un-working; and not on a “change of mind” basis. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
